Did a quick cholesterol reading on the 29th Feb. (Significant!!??)
Reading is 5.49 (compare 6.5 in early Feb). I am quite pleased with the progress.
And I put it to my health supplements programme and the oatmeal twice a week routine. Mind you - I still have not kick off my exercise plans.
Unless you count walking up and down my nemesis of a stairway
and campus gradient driveway. : )
